Captain Apache - Danish Movie Program
This is the film Lee accepted after mentioning in interviews while on tour in the U.S. promoting El Condor that he was going to try hard to send his career now that he has been a leading man for four years in a different direction. Lee said he especially wants to do some comedy films and has always wanted to star in his own TV series.
ReplyDeleteTo me Captain Apache wasn't exactly what he was talking about but he took it. Lee also said later that he wanted to sing in the film because his old buddies Clint Eastwood and Lee Marvin sang in Paint Your Wagon.
