At one time, like God's Gun, I thought this film was shot entirely in Israel. And indeed a good portion was. But it was also filmed in Arizona. Interestingly when Lee starred with Jim Brown in El Condor and Take A Hard Ride, Jim Brown had top billing and Lee Van Cleef second billing. In this film Lee gets billed first and Jim Brown second.
